Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 4, 2026
1. Our commitment
InspectionVoice is built to be usable by inspectors, reviewers, and firm administrators of all abilities, in the office and in the field. We design and develop our web app and native iOS and Android apps with accessibility in mind and treat it as an ongoing part of how we build, not a one-time project.
2. Target standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This includes practices such as sufficient color contrast, keyboard operability, clear focus states, descriptive labels for controls, and support for screen readers and other assistive technologies. As we ship new features we test against these criteria and fix issues we find.
3. Known limitations
Accessibility is a continuous effort, and parts of the product may not yet fully meet every Level AA success criterion. Some field-capture flows rely on the device camera, microphone, and location, which depend on your operating system’s own accessibility support. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us — reports directly inform what we prioritize.
4. Requesting an accommodation
If you need an accommodation, encounter an accessibility barrier, or want to give feedback, email support@inspectionvoice.com. Please describe the issue, the page or screen, and the assistive technology or device you were using so we can reproduce and address it. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and will work with you on an alternative way to access the information or function you need.
5. Ongoing improvement
We review accessibility as we design new features, and we update this statement as our practices and the underlying standards evolve. For related details, see our Privacy Policy and Security pages.
This statement reflects our current accessibility practices and is updated as the product and applicable standards change.
