Subprocessors

InspectionVoice uses the third-party service providers below (“subprocessors”) to operate the platform. Each processes data on our behalf under contract and solely to provide the service. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising. For the full picture of how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy and Security pages.

Supabase

Application hosting, database, and file storage

Account, firm, inspection content, photos, plans, and reports (encrypted at rest)

Stripe

Subscription billing and payment processing

Customer/subscription identifiers, billing status, and payment details (card data handled by Stripe)

OpenAI

Speech-to-text transcription (Whisper)

Voice recordings submitted for transcription; not used to train their models

Anthropic

Observation extraction and report drafting (Claude)

Transcripts and inspection inputs submitted for drafting; not used to train their models

Resend

Transactional email delivery

Recipient email address and message content for account, delivery, and notification emails

Sentry

Error monitoring and diagnostics

Error and crash diagnostics; personally identifiable information is redacted before it reaches logs

We may use additional providers for optional capabilities you enable (for example, SAML single sign-on). Enterprise customers can request a data processing agreement and current subprocessor details at security@inspectionvoice.com. We will update this page when our subprocessors change.

This list is provided for transparency. Specific data-residency and processing commitments for your firm are governed by your agreement with us.
